We can ship to virtually any address in the India. The shipping price and delivery schedule is as per product quantity*.
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full grams.
When you place choose products that you want to purchase, the site gives a Shipping Cost Estimation within the Shopping cart. This charge gets added to the Product Price at the final stage of check and you can review before you pay the total amount via ccavenue.
Our merchandise is shipped by “DTDC”, “Blue Dart” and “DHL*” courier agencies.
- For Indian Metros it will take 1-2 working days
- For Indian Major cities it will take 2-3 working days
- For Rest of Indian City (as per Bluedart List) it will take 3-4 working days.
- For all International Major Cities DHL* will take 4-5 working Days
- For all International other Cities DHL* will take 6-7 working Days.
You may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. Subject to Images of the incorrect and defectied product).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to My Account, view the order using the Complete Orders link and then click the Return Item button. You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. This email will also appear in View Communications under My Account sections.
